Vestoj Co-op is a research platform and the leading public intellectual in the field of fashion. Founded in 2009, Vestoj Co-op examines people’s relationship to their clothes and fashion’s relationship to identity. The co-op presents fashion knowledge at the highest level, emphasising inclusive and equitable dissemination to a broad and diverse audience. Vestoj Co-op expresses complex ideas in a straight-forward manner, and shows that fashion is not only about objects, but rather a mindset and approach to identity, culture and life.
As Vestoj Co-op’s editorial intern during the spring of 2022, I worked directly with the co-op’s founder, Anja Aronowsky Cronberg to spearhead the marketing of the platform’s eleventh issue of its journal, On Everyday Life. I produced the platform's first-ever newsletter and ideated and implemented an effective social media strategy. I also collaborated with the creative direction studio, Ohlman Consorti to oversee the visual direction of Vestoj Co-op’s rebranded Instagram account.
In addition to heading the platform’s marketing efforts, I assisted witht the development of Aronowsky Cronberg’s posthumous memoir of Virgil Abloh, Work In Progress (2024), through transcribing interviews.
